How can I manage my subscriptions?Updated 2 months ago

Once you’ve joined, MegaFood Subscriptions are easy to manage. You can change your next shipment date, skip a shipment, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription. Start by logging in at Megafood.com, go to “My Account,” then select ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

To change your next order date, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Edit Date’ button to the right of the next shipment date then select a new date for your shipment. This will change the shipment date for the entire shipment. To skip a MegaFood Subscriptions shipment, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Skip Shipment’ button to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire shipment. To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a dropdown menu next to ‘Every’. To change the delivery frequency for an individual item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.To send a shipment now instead of waiting for the next shipment date, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Ship Now’ button to the right of the upcoming shipment date to send the entire order. To cancel a subscription, please visit the ‘My Subscription’ section within your account and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future shipments will be placed for that item. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
