Why take a multivitamin without iron?Updated 2 months ago
It’s important to get enough iron every day, but getting too much iron can do more harm than good. For that reason, it is generally not recommended for men to have iron in their multivitamin, unless specifically recommended by a healthcare practitioner. The same is true for women after menopause, since they are no longer losing iron on a monthly basis. For that reason, our entire collection of Men’s Multis, along with Women 55+ One Daily, and Women’s 55+ Advanced Multivitamin, do not contain iron.
